Easy, Healthy Snack Recipe: Baked Kale Chips. Der bear LOVES these. I buy a pound of kale and it makes 4 big servings. I make it as a snack for us, I put the oven at 350 and keep an eye on the chips so they don't burn (they're gross if they burn!), make sure to keep moving them around. I use olive oil (maybe like a tablespoon?) and tsp or so of creole seasoning, makes it a little spicy and salty. Too much olive oil makes them too greasy and not very good.
