For the sauce: Instead of cup fish sauce, use 1 tbsp oyster sauce. Use almost cup olive oil, and topped it off with sesame oil (maybe 1 tsp of sesame since it pretty potent). 1 cup each of your choice of grain (rice) or protein (chickpeas).
