Chest Stretch (Pectoralis major/minor)- Stand with one leg in front of the other. Place elbows on wall or door frame below shoulder height. Push shoulder blades down and back as if trying to squeeze them together. Engage abs, and close the rib cage. Slowly bend the front knee, stretching forward to target the shoulder and scapula. Hold 30 seconds, switch sides, 2 sets.

Just to be clear: I have no gym membership, I own no fitness equipment, not even hand weights. The progress is a result of cleaning up my eating habits, doing body weight exercises, and lifting things I have around the house while I watch TV...I lift Bottles, furniture, duffel bags full of rocks… you name it. If it has a handle or if I can figure out how to hold onto it, I lift it. I also do exercises like squats while holding up one end of the sofa. I bench press my bed every morning.
