Banana blossoms are surprisingly healthy and dare I say delicious! I covered them in batter and deep fried them. Added some seaweed to the batter and it is amazing just how much it looks and tastes like fish! it is flakey just like fish - so the texture is spot-on. Sooo interesting and fun to make.
