Frozen Blueberries  1 scoop Vanilla Whey  4 oz. liquid egg whites (pasturized)  8 oz. Almond Milk (Unsweetened)  1 TSP blue agavee syrup  5 ice cubes  Tastes great and I feel so full :)

Blueberry-Banana Smoothie (with Kale)  Serves: 1  3/4 cup frozen blueberries  1 frozen banana  1/4 cup organic coconut milk  1/4 cup ice cold water  1 cup chopped kale  Optional: 1 tablespoon agave nectar or raw honey  Toss all ingredients in a high speed blender (such as a Vitamix) and process until smooth and creamy. Drink at once.
