"Motivation Marbles" or "Visual Weight Loss Tool": Put 1 marble in the "Pounds To Lose" jar for each pound you need to lose.Then transfer the marbles to the "Pounds Lost" jar, as you lose them.

Squat challenge.... I'm doing this for August!

Squat Away May: Print this, mark off every day you do it, and watch your butt and thighs get like BAM! (*add a little kick to it by jumping the last 5 squats every day) Don't forget to take before and after pictures!

You start at the bottom do the exercises everyday until they aren't a challenge anymore and then you move up in reps. The idea is eventually you will be able to do all of them, working up to Morning Ritual = Results
