Ridiculously delicious HEALTHY cookie dough dip ... No really. I know what you're thinking. I LOVE chocolate chip cookie dough, but I gave up sugar. This is a wonderful, wonderful, totally sugar free substitute! Just eat it by the spoonful. The only changes I made - crumbled unsweetened baking chocolate on top instead of vegan chips and I added honey to the recipe.
Chickpea cookie dough... I didn't add chocolate chips to reduce calories and YUM! Both my 3 yr old daughter and I like it.
