My go-to oils when my little guy complains if growing pains (not very often, thankfully!). Deep Blue is amazing for muscle and joint discomfort, and White Fir is great for muscles as well. Since it's not as "icy/hot" as Deep Blue, I usually start with White Fir (sometimes with Lavender) and love to Deep Blue if needed.
