I'm going to make this, Pumpkin French Toast - This is the perfect Fall breakfast! My family loved it and it's so easy to make! It's also a great recipe to keep on hand for that extra 1/2 c pumpkin you have from other Fall baking.

Freeze 24 rolos. Make up your favorite brownie mix from the box. Grease a mini muffin pan and fill each insert 2/3 of the way full with batter. Place a frozen rolo in the center of each brownie. Spread batter from around the rolo over the top to cover it completely. Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes. Let cool slightly and remove from pan. Enjoy!!
