Trying a graphic novel for the first time? Read one of these! Graphic novels are fun for all ages, but can be especially great for young readers because graphic novels often contain higher level vocabulary words than print-only books for readers in the same age range, and are great for introducing children to new words. Graphic novels offer the opportunity to learn important reading skills, like inference.
