    I'm going to the store as I need a couple of ingredients for them...there's always one thing you don't have!! Sounds like your doing good!! Both my boyfriend (of 15 years) and I are on the FMD and love it! We feel so much better and the weight is dropping off. We've actually been on it since Oct. Nice chatting with you Veronica!!!
