Lunch Lady Frosted Brownies ~ Simple and delectable... Says: They really were served in a school cafeteria. This recipe is over 50 years old & comes from a small town in Idaho - Wendy Schultz ~ Brownies & Fudge.
I have fond memories of our cafeteria food in school as a child and one of my favorite meals was the spaghetti. My great grand-mother was a cafeteria cook for 40 years and unfortunately I never got to twist her ear for some of the recipes. This is my rendition of my school's spaghetti. I know a lot of us loved school lunch and then there are some who still have nightmare's, lol. Give this a shot. I think you will be pleasantly surprised.
My Favorite Hamburger Soup - A cafeteria lunchroom favorite, this soup from days long gone by and my all time favorite, made with a tomato and beef broth base, ground beef, a mixture of veggies and seasonings, and flavor boosters - all pantry staples. Make a double batch because this freezes nicely.
