In may,i bought a YMCA pass so i could go and work out.i went to the gym but not that much, in the middle of july i realised that i needed to change my ways and get healther. i started going 6 times a week to the gym for atleast one and a half hours. i ended up falling in love with the gym and the pump you get after a great workout. when i started wrkingout i weighed 150, eight months later i have lost 20 pounds and still going. i hope to like a very healthy life!
