Camille Cooke, community outreach manager for HealthLinc, said ADA provides the materials while the staff at HealthLinc provides the services during the annual event — annually slated for Presidents Day when children are not in school. Cooke said HealthLinc provides dental services year-round, but the annual Give Kids a Smile Day is way to attract families with no insurance to introduce them to their services.
