Sweet and Smoky Pecans - 1 1/2 cups pecan halves, 2 tablespoons maple syrup, 2 teaspoons olive oil, 1 teaspoon smoked sweet paprika, 1/2 teaspoon salt, Pinch cayenne. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients. Then spread onto the baking sheet. Roast, tossing halfway through, until browned, 12 to 15 minutes.
