𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 ⠀ 3 cups blackberries (fresh or frozen) 2 Tbsps chia seeds 3 Tbsps pure maple syrup 1/2 tsp lemon juice ⠀ 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 ⠀ Heat a sauce pot over medium high heat. Add the blackberries and mash them using a potato masher or fork. Add the maple syrup, lemon juice and chia seeds to the pot and stir.
