'The Newsroom'. It's a show about people wanting to do news, their way, while being strong-armed to do news the advertiser's way. It's an Aaron Sorkin dynamo that made me want to stand up and pledge allegiance from the first five minutes. Watch this show. It had the capacity and captivating power to make you a more informed person, a better person, and a better American. I promise. I wish I could be more emphatic but, seriously: Watch this show.

M*A*S*H: The single best television show I have ever seen. And I've seen too many to count.

I love watching interesting shows like M*A*S*H. While funny, it can be dramatic and serious about the Korean War.
