Chef Sara Geanne Zacek Here is the recipe for my famous Chocolate Pecan Pie: 3 large eggs 1/2 stick butter, melted 1 1/2 cups light corn syrup 1 tsp good vanilla extract 1/2 cup Kahlua or coffee liquor 4 oz chocolate chips 3/4 cup chopped, toasted and salted pecans 1 pie crust, rolled out for 10inch pie pan Place rolled pie crust in pie pan. Put chocolate chips and pecans on top of crust. Mix remaining ingredients together & pour on top of chocolate chips & pecans. Bake in 350 45-60
