*This recipe was just OK. I would eat it again, but it wasn't any better than any of the other recipes for stir fry I've had. I would modify this a bit by using Fiber Gourmet noodles, reduced sugar ketchup, and MCT oil instead of vegetable oil! Yum!

I followed this recipe, but I reduced the amount of butter by half and replaced it with Olive oil. It was so delicious! I also was able to make this GLUTEN FREE by subbing the breadcrumbs with Ian's Brand GF breadcrumbs and Cornflake crumbs half and half.

These are good! I substituted 1 can of white beans for the black, used 3 large chicken breasts, just 1 avocado, and less tomatoes because I didn't have enough of the ingredients on hand. Still delicious! Maybe next time use a little less hot sauce.
