Preheat oven to 375 degrees Spray the inside of the muffin trays with non-stick spray Beat the eggs together and pour into muffin tins filling half way Layer veggies, cheese, meats on top Bake for 25-30 minutes
chicken pot pie in the crockpot to serve over biscuits instead in the pie crust. This was OK. I ate it with biscuits instead of the pie crust and cut WAY down on the cream of chix soup. I'd love to find a way to keep more of that cream of chix out of it - too one dimensional. However- crock pot- super duper easy!
4 thawed boneless chicken breasts 1 box Stuffing Cornbread Mix (6oz) 1 can cream of chicken soup ½ cup sour cream ¼ cup water Place chicken breasts in bottom of crockpot. Pour stuffing mix over chicken. In a medium size bowl combine cream of chicken soup, sour cream and water; mix well. Pour on top pf stuffing mix. Place lid on crockpot and cook on low for 4-5 hours 6.Fluff and serve
