Disagree with hundreds of reps and the coconut oil recommendation, but otherwise, good tips. :)) coconut oil is NOT synonymous with medium chain triglycerides (MCT oil). MCT oil has been associated with promotion of weight management - not coconut oil. Coconut oil contains less than 10-15% MCT oil. :)) Lesson of the day.
