Risteau District Courthouse Elevator- HENRY ADAMS designed the project, which involved the replacement of all major components of Elevator 1 and Elevator 2, except for the cabs. Cab interiors were refinished. All controls and drives were replaced / modernized. Power upgrades included emergency work. The work included the shafts and elevator machine rooms.
GSA IDIQ, Fisher Courthouse Fourth Floor Renovation- HENRY ADAMS provided the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design for the renovation of the C.S. Fisher Courthouse, Trenton, NJ, Fourth Floor East and West wings. The project entailed renovation of approximately 13,000 SF of unoccupied space.
GSA IDIQ Erie Federal Courthous Upgrades- HENRY ADAMS designed upgrades to incorporate numerous emergency power connections that were “value engineered” out of the final construction.
NAVFAC Washington, Indian Head Sewage Treatment Plant- Under a task order for NAVFAC Washington, HENRY ADAMS provided mechanical and electrical engineering support for the team providing various services necessary to renovate and expand the Sewage Treatment Plant. The purpose of this project was to upgrade the sewage treatment facility such that its discharge is in compliance with Maryland regulations including the revised Nitrogen and Phosphorous limits.
UMBC, Tech Center Chiller Replacement- Over the course of the contract, HENRY ADAMS managed the entire design team and provided studies, analysis and design for renovations and retrofits of University property. Properties included a variety of campuses around Baltimore managed by UMB, including University of Maryland Baltimore, Towson University and University of Maryland Baltimore County.
VAMC Martinsburg IDIQ- HENRY ADAMS as held an IDIQ through the Veterans Affairs Medical Center since 2008. Notable projects assigned under the contract have included VAMC Emergency Department Renovation & Expansion, VAMC Chiller Upgrade, and VAMC Martinsburg Air Handling Unit Replacement.
Baltimore County Courts Building Renovation- HENRY ADAMS provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection and communication system design for the renovation of 14,000 SF, consisting of three new court rooms, jury rooms, four judges' chambers with support staff offices and prisoner holding area.

Baltimore County Detention Center-HENRY ADAMS was a sub consultant to DMJM and provided HVAC, plumbing and fire protection engineering design services for the design of a new addition totaling over SF.
Tysons II, Building C- HENRY ADAMS designed the mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems for this 13-story building with basement and penthouse.
Gebhardt & Smith Tenant Fit-Out- HENRY ADAMS provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection tenant fit-out design for a 21,000 SF office and elevator lobby space in the Alex Brown Building.
