Ingredients: 1 cup unsweetened almond milk, 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, 1 Tbsp Sugar Free/Fat Free White Chocolate Pudding Mix, 2 handfuls of raspberries (I used 15), 1/4 tsp almond extract, 2 – 3 cups ice Directions: Put all ingredients in a blender. Blend and enjoy! Optional: top with a bit of whipping cream (no sugar). Approx calories: 175 (includes the whipping cream)
