to detox your body with Epsom salt, baking soda and drops of your favorite scent such as lavender essential oils in your HOT bath and relax for 20 minutes. Do this once a week. I did that last Wednesday during the middle of the busy week and it DID help and can see some clear and feel different of my skin! Try it!
sock bun- this works like a charm!!! I put my hair up nearly every morning like this, take it down in the evening & its curled and ready to go :-) super easy & cute! ( I don't even use bobby pins but I twist the bun around as I roll it down )
