A modern take on the traditional brass and crystal chandelier, the bedroom's mid-century modern light fixture, originally designed in 1958 by Gino Sarfatti, features 30 lights extending from a straight chrome arm. #HGTVUrbanOasis

A mercury glass-clad end table in the master bedroom displays a curio box topped with a snake handle lid. #HGTVUrbanOasis

Boston photographer Matt Kalinowski was commissioned to capture zoomed-in vignettes of Boston's most popular historic sites and attractions. Framed images are paired with a mirrored tray that serves up circa-1930s seltzer bottles from Massachusetts companies GESCO Beverage and Colonial Cambridge. #HGTVUrbanOasis

Geometric and linear motifs lend a modern sensibility and take the form of wall art and treatments in the foyer. #HGTVUrbanOasis

Now let's take a closer look at the gorgeous, custom-made (and locally-sourced) accessories and design elements. #HGTVUrbanOasis

A polished chrome four-way handshower and square rainhead with air induction spray technology offer a design-forward approach to the spa shower experience. #HGTVUrbanOasis

The shower stall is clad floor to ceiling in a mix of tumbled marble and glass mosaic tile. A window, carved into the wall, provides views into the master bedroom and through windows beyond. #HGTVUrbanOasis

Sculptural in form, a vessel sink fashioned from vitreous china pops against the dark quartz. #HGTVUrbanOasis

The master bath, a smart and stylish spa oasis, offers stunning views of Boston's cityscape. #HGTVUrbanOasis

A pocket door opens to reveal a small hallway that houses a laundry closet and leads into the master bathroom, where a window, chiseled into the wall, provides city views from the shower stall. #HGTVUrbanOasis

A fine-art photo of the bronze-cast George Washington statue located in Boston Public Garden elevates via remote-controlled roller shade to reveal a picture window into the urban-chic master bathroom. #HGTVUrbanOasis

Picturesque views of Boston and Cambridge, just beyond the Charles River. #HGTVUrbanOasis

A cozy armchair, paired with a studded metal toss pillow, offers a personal corner to enjoy the view or relax with a good book. #HGTVUrbanOasis

For privacy, a pocket door separates the master bedroom from the living room. #HGTVUrbanOasis
