Grilled Eggplant with Garlic-Cumin Vinaigrette with Feta & Herbs

Paula Deen Oven Roasted Red Potatoes with Rosemary and Garlic. Amazingly, does not contain four pounds of butter like the rest of her recipes.

Ingredients: 6-7 pieces of thawed chicken 2 cans of green beans 1 small bag of red potatoes 1 packet of dry Italian dressing 1 stick of melted butter Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees Quarter the potatoes, drain the green beans. Arrange food in 9x13 pan. Sprinkle Italian dressing over everything, then drizzle the melted butter over everything. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake for an hour. Then eat!

Ina Garten's Lemon Garlic Chicken Breasts -- I did mine in my dutch oven with the lid ON for about 30 minutes, then 5-10 more after removing the lid. It helped retain the yummy sauce & the chicken was SO moist! (Plus I sauteed a little onion with the garlic b/c we eat onion is almost everything.) Delicious!
