The last works well with studying! I always studied right before sleep and would even put my book under my pillow so my subconscious self would be 'reminded' of my studying. I regularly would wake up going over the details of the information.

Important to remember no matter the situation: parent, teacher, employer, ect. I hope I remember this when I'm a real teacher/parent.
