Healthy Low Calorie Breakfast Fruit Smoothie.   1 cup of Unsweetend Frozen Mixed Fruit (peaches, strawberries, grapes, cherries, pineapple) 79 cal.   1 cup of Silk Unsweetend Almond Milk. 35 cal.  Mix in blender and enjoy!   This is one of my favorite breakfast smoothies I make!
