Green Clay Mask for Oily Skin 1 tbsp green clay (you can get this in any health store) 1 tsp apricot kernel oil 3 drops of palmarosa essential oil Mix the oils together. Add a few drops of warm water. Mix together and add more water if need be to get a good, spreadable paste. Apply mask. Let dry for 10 minutes. Rinse off with warm washcloth. For face masks, there's no better clay than green clay, also known as "bentonite." This purifying mask is wonderful for oily skin

Mix a tsp of apple cider vinegar and a teaspoon of glycerin. Mix the ingredients until smooth. Mix in a beaten egg. Mix well. Add 2 Tablespoons of caster oil. Thoroughly mix. It smells really great ( I used a lavender essential oil) & after washing my hands with it I quickly noticed how clean, soft & smooth they felt. I can't wait to have Jeremy try it on his eczema prone skin.

Best home made BODY WASH recipe. (It's supposed to be ideal for Eczema). 1 Tbs steel cut oats (optional - to infuse) 1 sprig of rosemary (optional - to infuse) 1 c. distilled water 1 Tsp citric acid (to prevent bacterial growth in your bodywash) 2 Tbs coconut oil (can swap out with olive, grapeseed, almond, jojoba, apricot kernel etc) 1 Tbsp honey 1-1/2 c. liquid castile soap (I used Dr Bronner’s) 1 tsp guar gum 30 drops EO ( I used a blend of lavender, chamomile, & lemongrass)

Gentle Oatmeal Body Scrub (and other scrubs here too!) 1 cup finely ground oatmeal 8 drops lavender essential oil, 8 drops tangerine, 8 drops rosewood, 4 drops chamomile 1 Tbsp dried lavender petals (optional) In a glass or ceramic bowl, add essential oils drop by drop, stirring constantly to avoid clumps. Store in an airtight jar in the fridge - keeps for up to 1 year. To use, combine one Tbsp of the mix with a little water to form a paste, then gently rub onto skin.
