Pecan Cobbler = 6T butter(no subs) 1c pecans 1½c self-rising flr 1½c gr sugr ⅔c milk 1tsp vanilla 1½c pkd lt br sugr 1½ c hot wtr = Preheat to 350 Add butter to 9x13" pan & melt in oven. Sprinkle the pecans over butter. In a bowl, mix flour, sugr, milk & vanilla. Stir to combine, but don't over-mix. Pour batter over butter & pecans, do not mix. Sprinkle br sugr evenly over batter, do not stir. Carefully pour the hot wwtr over the mixture do not stir.Bake 30/35 min or until golden brown.
