VANILLA CHIA PUDDING 1 1/4 Vanilla Almond Milk 1 Tablespoon honey or Organic maple syrup (Optional) 1/4 cup chia seeds Refrigerate at least 3 hours BUT STIR IT after the first hour so the chia seeds don't settle!
Sarah Bakes Gluten Free Treats: vanilla chia seed pudding 1 1/4 cups So Delicious unsweetened coconut milk 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract 1/4 cup chia seeds Mix together coconut milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir in chia seeds. Pour into serving dishes. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours, or overnight. Serve with fresh fruit (optional).
I made this! I add the Maple Syrup when I'm ready to eat it though and mix it in so I can decide how much sugar to add later. I use Almond Breeze unsweetened original Almond Milk: Vanilla Chia Seed Pudding.1 1/4 cups lite coconut milk (or any type milk will do...it's the seeds that turn it to pudding) 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract 1/4 cup chia seeds. Mix and refrigerate 3 hours or overnight. Enjoy!
