I would also whisk the cornstarch into the egg-sugar mixture as I had a hard time incorporating it into the hot chocolate mixture as she has it written.
Salt & Vinegar Fingerling Potatoes...we made these for Missy's b-day bbq....mixed reviews. Some of us thought they were way too vinegary and it seemed no amount of salt worked to balance it out. They were better warmed up the next day though. Others liked them just fine but I might try the recipe again tweeking the soaking time in vinegar. The idea still sounds great.
