Ziti with carmelized onions and mushrooms. Fabulous. Vegetarian. Bursting with flavor. Serve it with a good Zinfindel and enjoy! Only modification I made was to throw in a handful of fresh thyme, which added a great flavor. Serve with a big salad and be happy!
