    made with tweaks below and a honey baked ham bone...yumm Slow Cooker Ham White Beans - My tweaks: I used cubed ham sauteed with 1 large diced onion, 3 carrots cut into rounds, 2 stalks of sliced celery, and 4 cloves of garlic until veggies were soft, then tossed in crockpot with beans. Added chicken base, used BOILING water, cooked on HIGH, not low (see comments after post). Delicious!

    Crock Pot Ham 5-7 lb bone-in ham 1/4 C apple cider vinegar 1/4 C honey 1/4 C butter, melted 1t Worcestershire sauce 1T brown sugar 2t ground thyme The Directions. Use a 6-quart slow cooker. Unwrap ham, and discard flavor packet. Put ham into slow cooker. In a small bowl, combine vinegar, honey, butter, Worcestershire sauce, sugar, and thyme. Pour mixture evenly over the ham. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours, or until heated through.
