Pair this with a lot of stretching and you should notice a difference, especially in your calves, pretty quickly. For extra intensity, add dumbbells to the squats and lunges. Also, if you have a hard time balancing in the one-legged calf raises, stand near a wall or counter so you have something to rest your hand on for balance. Ok, I must give my 2 cents on these ridiculous squat challenges lol unless you're a conditioned #athlete I really don't think you should attempt doing these many squats in one sitting especially in week 3 and 4. If anyone really understand how we build #muscle n #burnfat, whether it's the glutes biceps calves obliques etc, what matters most is the frequency of the repetitions in between sets not so much the amount. This #squatchallenge is ridiculous and wishful thinking lol plus #squats are definitely not the only exercise that help tighten and firm the glutes, good ol lunges work too, and most important is having an overall fitness program that works for you and you can be consistent with as well as the most important part which is your diet!
