Midsummer Night in Poland celebrating the shortest night in the year. People from the beautiful city of Poznań gather each year to spend that evening together. Each person or a group releases their lit lantern into the sky at the same time at 10:30 pm in celebration of sun, moon, joy, love and fertility. After a few minutes the darkness of the night transforms into magically twinkling and colourful skies of happiness and celebration.
