Fine Cooking's German Chocolate Cake... made this for Bill's birthday. Makes great cupcakes! Be careful to only fill the cups between 1/2 and 2/3 full... they don't puff up, so they'll have wide caps if you overfill.
Cilantro Lime Chicken - Crockpot 24-ounce jar medium salsa Juice from one lime ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped 1.25-oz. package taco seasoning 2 jalapeno peppers, finely chopped (optional) 6 boneless chicken breast halves, defrosted
4 thawed boneless chicken breasts 1 box Stuffing Cornbread Mix (6oz) 1 can cream of chicken soup ½ cup sour cream ¼ cup water Place chicken breasts in bottom of crockpot. Pour stuffing mix over chicken. In a medium size bowl combine cream of chicken soup, sour cream and water; mix well. Pour on top pf stuffing mix. Place lid on crockpot and cook on low for 4-5 hours 6.Fluff and serve
