Baked Avovado & Egg - super easy! 1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. 2. Slice avocado in half, remove pit, hollow out a little extra space for the egg, and sprinkle with salt. 3. Crack 1 egg into each half of the avocado, it's ok if a little of the egg white spills over, just try to keep the yoke intact. 4. Season as you like. 5. Bake for 15 minutes or until egg whites are solid.
