positively-healthyandfit: Finally someone who understands you can’t do 300 sqauts in a day! Almost all other of these types of thinks have like 500 jumping jacks and 300 squats in the end but if you do it right 100 squats is alohot!
Super simple! Made this in a trifle bowl, and added 8 oz cream cheese and 2 cups powdered sugar to the whip cream later. Also used more peanut butter, of course. This was fabulous, and everyone wanted the recipe. Will make this again.
