I used to suffer from massive brain fog, especially after I suffered  multiple concussions in 2010.  I had to drop out of school temporarily because it was so bad.   I couldn’t read. I had trouble writing. And my memory was impaired.   I walked around all day with a cloud over my head.   But since then, I’ve learned that there are a number of ways to overcome  brain fog so it doesn’t slow you down and chip away at your quality of  life.
