Red Lobster Creamy Cajun Chicken Pasta - 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts (thin strips or chunks), 4 ounces linguine cooked al dente, 2 tsp cajun seasoning, 2 T butter, 1-2 cup heavy whipping cream, 2 T chopped sun-dried tomatoes, 1/4 t salt, 1/4 t dried basil, 1/8 t black pepper, 1 garlic clove minced, 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese. Coat chicken in Cajun spices, sauté in butter until tender ( 5-7 minutes). Reduce heat, add cream, spices and heat through.
Creamy Cajun Chicken Pasta. This wasn't too bad, but I think I made the texture a bit weird by using milk and cornstarch in place of the heavy whipping cream. The flavor was good though, but I might try another cajun pasta recipe next time.
