WORKOUT DETAILS
Every minute on the minute for 12 minutes
Minute one: 4x squat to alternating presses
Minute two: 4x kickstand deadlifts to rows/side
Minute three: :30 seconds mixed carry marches. Switch sides every round.
The remainder of each minute is your rest.
