Client Olivia 6 Week Transformation!
Here’s what I did to lose weight! 👇  NOTE: Tagged my 6 week weight loss challenge in this post! 😇  Let’s dive in!  (1) Calorie deficit  I calculated what my maintenance calories were and made sure I ate 200-300 less every single day to make sure I was burning more calories than eating!  (2) Doing cardio 3-4x a week  I made sure to do at least 15m of cardio 3-4x a week so I wouldn’t have to sacrifice eating what I enjoyed. This also toned up my legs!   (3) Walking 10,000 steps daily  Walking helped me burn an extra 400-500 calories a day which meant I was under my maintenace calories while still enjoying the food I liked ❤️   (4) Bonus: Join my community!  I put everything I did that helped me lose weight without having to sacrifice delicious food in my guide.  #weightloss
