TOP 30 EXERCISES WITH EZ CURL BAR | ADD THESE TO YOUR HOME WORKOUTS Here are 30 different EZ bar exercises you can add in to your workouts at home. Some exercises will require lighter plates than others on the curl bar so it's best to have a couple sets of plates to perform all of these exercises.
Toes to bar is one of my favorite Crossfit movements! It is a skill that combines grip, upper body, and core strength with hamstring mobility.  1. Toes to Bar 2.Segmented V Ups - focusing on isolating each part of the movement hollow body, quick compression toe tap, hollow body, full lower. 3. Strict L Raises - emphasizing pulling down on the bar and keeping legs straight. 4.Low Bar Compression Holds - working on getting nose as close to knees as possible. 5. Low Bar Single Leg Compression Kicks - focusing on pulling down on the bar and having quick speed and compression when driving toe up. 6. Single Leg Box Toes to Bar - emphasizing quick tap of toe then immediately driving toe behind bar back while driving chest forward into arch swing.
