Hello!  I made jjimdak today! (Korean Braised chicken) It is one of the Korean dishes that I often cook because I can't eat spicy food well!  They put potatoes or sweet potatoes. I like potatoes better, so I put them in :)  I added a little bit of coffee powder to make it darker! (about half a teaspoon)  Some people put cola or caramel sauce instead of coffee powder! In this case, please reduce the sugar a little!  At the end, the soup boils down and the seasoning gets strong!
