I found this larva today under a leaf of our geranium (shaamdani) flowerpot. It's a one of dangerous enemy or pest for this kind of plant who eat leafs destructively. The half of leafs were damaged with this larva and now our lovely geranium plant are peaceful from this glutton enemy. I finally found Monarch caterpillars on the milkweed yesterday - but just 4. Today I can only find 2. It's been a pitiful season for Monarchs down here. I only saw one female come through a couple of weeks ago and may not see any more. This guy is almost fully grown. He'll turn to chrysalis right here in my yard and a Monarch will emerge by October - and will fly to Mexico to spend the winter.
