The holiday season is a magical time, especially for children, filled with wonder, excitement, and the spirit of giving. One way to amplify this festive cheer is by creating special Christmas reading nooks for kids.

I made a Christmas tree out of a teepee i bought off Facebook marketplace, for $40. Its a 7ft teepee. I spent about $45 on garland, ornaments, and miscellaneous decor. I already had items as well.

To childproof a Christmas tree. Cut 2 slices of luan plywood 4 inches wide. Then cut deck spindles to the desired height (this one is 27" high/ 8ft tree). Attach spindles every 4". Cut one end of spindles on an angle to open up the view of the tree at the top rail. Paint to enjoy and decorate like the tree.
