1. Shoulder Controller Articular Rotations: 4-5 reps
2. Hip Flexion Lifts: 5 reps each side 
3. Scapular Controlled Articular Rotations: 5-8 reps
4. Neck Controlled Articular Rotations: 4-5 reps
5. Hip Controlled Articular Rotations: 4-5 reps
6. Bent-over Knee Bends: 8-10 reps
7. Lumbar Segmentation: 8-10 reps

The goal isn’t to copy my range of motion, but instead, work within your own available ranges. It’s okay if your range looks different. Also, only work in pain-free ranges. Discomfort is completely normal, but avoid ranges where you feel a pinch, twinge, or sharp pain.
