"I love gravity defying wigs! With anime Cosplay it's almost unavoidable. The reason I like it more then craft foam is because you can sew or hot glue felt without it ripping and bubbling and it stays rigid. I started using stiff felt back in 2008 for my gravity defying wigs and it is still my #1 choice "
