If you're a fan of body weight resistance training, then here's an idea for you. Go to your local hardware store and have them cut and thread sections of 1" galvanized pipe to your specifications. Buy 4 flanges. 2 flanges will secure the pipe to the wall and 2 will secure it to a 2x4 board base. Tie it all together with 2 T-fittings.
